New in version 2025.2 (25th of July, 2025)
Extended ReplaceMagic to support changes in VBA of Project files (newer formats)
Added option to include information about links checker errors in log file:
Links status is anyway shown in scanning result tabs
Fixed problem that Microsoft Information Protection DLLs were wrongly used
Fixed bug that not all PowerQueries are reported
Improved check of SharePoint shared/organization links which do not contain root URL:
For example:
https://replacemagic.sharepoint.com/:p:/g/Efm_tctpE4JAiqrv2Yx0Ajasgd3aDFcaqdbWMUE1GSGyKwXg?e=vAs03y was reported as ok
/:p:/g/Efm_tctpE4JAiqrv2Yx0Ajasgd3aDFcaqdbWMUE1GSGyKwXg?e=vAs03y was reported as broken
with this change both links are reported as ok.
Extended export of replacement run to include skipped documents
Extended the import functionality of saved replacement runs to support re-importing skipped SharePoint documents for reprocessing
. This enhancement is particularly useful when documents are skipped during the replacement process—e.g., due to throttling. Now, these documents can be re-imported and reprocessed directly
eliminating the need to reprocess the entire document set and thus saving time.
Extended that all anonymous and organizational SharePoint links are included (previously shared links and shared token option):
IMPORTANT (impact on import of previous scan results)
- in case that you created exports that you would like to use for later import, they will not work as there are additional fields.
There are 2 options:
1. Re-scan everything again and create new export or
2. Manually add in each row additional ;;; which will allow re-import where new fields will have empty values.
Added possibility to import filter strings:
or
Extended Microsoft Information Protection section with Microsoft prerequisites to use it!
